“Fortresses and Palaces of The Commonwealth of Poland and Lithuania. And then what?” – is a photo story of the Republic of the Jagiellonian largest European country stretching from Międzyrzecze up to Smolensk. It is also a reminder of the magnitude of the Republic of Two Nations Poland and Lithuania and of its most important features, which formed the basis of the greatness of our country. The country where Poles, Russians, Jews, Armenians, Germans and many more nations lived peacfully together. What happens next with this beautiful centuries-old legacy is not a rhetorical question. Castles, palaces and fortresses are dying before our eyes. Can we not do anything about?
The exhibitions were presented in Ukraine in Lutsk, Ternopil, Zhytomyr and Lviv, and in Krakow in Poland. The exhibitions contain accordingly 60 color photographs. Among the images there are palaces and castles in Chocim, Kamieniec Podolski, Żwańc, Lutsk, Novogrudok, Nesvizh, Vilnius
